Today's episode is the HAN Network's 2016-2017 year in review, featuring top plays, games, athletes and moments from the fall, winter and spring seasons.

Nutmeg Sports, HAN’s Connecticut sport show, airs Monday-Thursday at 2 pm on HAN.Network, hosted by Frank Granito, Kevin Coleman and various HAN sports editors.

On the Thursday, June 22, episode of Nutmeg Sports our hosts bring you the top plays, games, and moments from the 2016-2017 season in our year in review episode.

Frank and Kevin look back at the FCIAC’s Fall, Winter and Spring regular and post seasons remembering some of the best plays, games and athletes from the FCIAC who were on display on the HAN Network this year.

Frank and Kevin also have updates on the leaderboard from the Travelers Championship taking place at TPC Highlands in Cromwell this week. The PGA tournament features it’s most popular and loaded field since 2006, including Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth, and Jason Day.

Finally, Frank and Kevin look back earlier in the week to the RoseMarie Carlucci Scholarship Award Winners for 2017. This year’s winners were, Maddie Santora of Stamford Softball & Field Hockey and Jessica Clarke of Bridgeport Central Softball, Basketball & Track and Field.

Maddie Santora has kept busy as an integral member of the Stamford Black Knights’ varsity softball and field hockey teams throughout her high school career, serving as a captain for both teams.

Ask anyone about Jessica Clarke and invariable you will hear of her strong leadership skills and go-getter mentality.

A student at Bridgeport Central High School, Clarke is a three-sport athlete, participating in softball, basketball and track and field, and serving as a captain of the latter two teams.
