On the Tuesday, May 29, episode of Nutmeg Sports, our hosts are back in studio after the holiday weekend and ready to break down the 2018 FCIAC spring postseason. Boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse, baseball and softball championships are in the books and Frank and Kevin get you caught up on everything you need to know.

Watch the show below:

First up, John Kovach joins Frank and Kevin to look back at Friday’s boys lacrosse FCIAC championship between No. 1 Darien and No. 2 New Canaan. The Blue Wave won their 5th consecutive FCIAC championship and 73rd straight game after holding off the Rams late comeback and defeating their rival 13-12.

Next up, our hosts look back at Thursday’s girls lacrosse FCIAC championship game. The Blue Wave took home their 7th straight FCIAC crown beating Wilton 11-10 despite the Warriors holding the lead twice during the 2nd half.
