Field hockey: Fairfield Warde at New Canaan

The Mustangs travel to Dunning Field to take on the Rams in the last game of the regular season

With one last game before the FCIAC field hockey playoffs begin this week, Fairfield Warde had one last chance to make the tournament. The Mustangs traveled to New Canaan where the Rams were playing for a home game in the opening round of the postseason.

The game was carried live by the HAN Network on Tuesday, Oct. 27. The HAN Network will be back in New Canaan next Tuesday for the FCIAC Field Hockey semifinals, which you can watch live on HAN’s pay-per-view FCIAC Championships series. It costs $7.50 for one game or $35 for the whole postseason ($25 if you buy it by Wednesday).

New Canaan comes into the game 9-3-1 in the FCIAC, while Fairfield Warde is 6-7, one point out of the eighth and final playoff spot.
