Manhunt for bank robber, accident on Route 8, burglaries in New Canaan, more

Below are the stories we are following on Dec. 12, 2016:

A 31 year-old man was ejected through the sunroof of his vehicle on Route 8 Sunday morning, after the car hit a rock ledge and rolled over several times.

A bank robbery suspect in now in custody after a manhunt this morning in the Naugatuck area. Connecticut State Police and other police departments were searching for a white male suspect  near Route 8 by Exit 24.

Over this past weekend, two residential forced-entry burglaries were reported in New Canaan.

The Connecticut Police Chiefs Association (CPCA) is warning residents about a phone scam, pretending to seek donations for the associations.
