New Canaan (0-8 FCIAC, 3-9 overall) is looking to get its first conference win and have a strong second half of the season. Head Coach Danny Melzer has a roster that features young talent that shows promise for the future. The Rams have been shooting well as of late and sophomore swingman, Alex Gibbens has been red hot from beyond the three-point arc.

Ludlowe (1-7 FCIAC, 2-9 overall) has lost some close games, but is starting to put the pieces together after getting its first conference win over Trumbull, 57-52, last Wednesday. The story of the Falcons season so far has been not being able to close out games. Ludlowe Head Coach John Dailey has experienced varsity players with plenty of skill and strength up and down the lineup.
