“Fast Times at Mermaid High” is an original musical featuring book and lyrics by Bert Bernardi and music by Justin Rugg. Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Little Mermaid,” Bernardi and Rugg have set the story in and about the halls of a high school in the early 1980s. The show features the sights, sounds, fashions and fads of the eighties, while telling the familiar tale of the mermaid who wishes for legs and life above the waves.
It will play as a limited engagement beginning Friday, April 22 at the Center for the Arts in Downtown Milford. Tickets and other information is available atvwww.pantochino.com.
