Connecticut’s final four Class L girls lacrosse teams meet at Fairfield Ludlowe’s Taft Field for the state semifinals. In Game 1, No. 6 Fairfield Warde plays No. 7 Greenwich at 5 p.m. You can watch the action live (or later on-demand) in the video player below:
The second game, between No. 1 Darien takes on No. 13 Wilton, is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and can be watched here.
How they got here: Warde downed No. 11 Stamford, 9-2, in the opening round; then the Mustangs got by No. 3 Conard, 10-9, in the quarterfinals. Greenwich edged No. 10 Norwalk, 11-8, in the first round; it took overtime in Ridgefield to beat the No. 2 Tigers, 12-11, in the quarterfinals.
